Usually, the conversions process will not take longer than five minutes. However, that process depends on the file size, number of pages, and conversion format. Also, there are times when we are getting too many requests at once, which results in a server overload. In such cases, we give priority to our registered and premium users. If you are not a registered or premium user, we kindly ask you to wait a little longer if the file does not arrive immediately.
