If the email with a link to your converted file did not arrive, please try one of the following steps:

• Check your spam folder.
• Check if the file you tried to convert is protected in some way (password or copy protection).
• Wait for a while and then try again. In the rare situations in which a server overload occurs, we give priority to files sent for conversion by premium users, registered users and lastly unregistered users.
• Email us at support@cometdocs.com and explain the situation.
