Users who sign up for a premium Cometdocs service and are not satisfied with it can get their money back after cancelling the service. However, you will only get your money back if you cancel within the first seven days of using the service after signing up. If you have paid for a lifetime membership, you will have three weeks to ask for a refund if you are unsatisfied with the service.

Go to Settings - Request Refund to start refund procedure.
