My conversion has failed
If you have received a notification that tells you your conversion has failed, please check the following:
- See if we support the file format conversion that you wanted to perform.
- Make sure that your file is not protected, encrypted or damaged.
If none of those are the reason behind the failed conversion, it could be the result of temporary network problems. In some cases, the conversion of very large files can time-out as well. If one of these is the case, you should email our support team, who will assist you in completing the conversion process.
